Freedom Rivera is the founder of Mindful We, Radical Self-love instructor and psychotherapist for the millennial woman. Mindful We circles offers unicorns worldwide a safe online space to unwind, connect and grow. She will lead the circle along with special guests Jamie Lynn McCoppin and Lisa Berman.

Jamie is the founder of Spark of Play, an organization that helps people improve their lives through playing and other wellness modalities.

Lisa is a Laughter Yoga instructor in NYC. In 2017, she traveled to Bangalore, India to study and become a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher.

Come ready to play, learn and unpack your present emotions and life experiences.
