About MCC
Mindfulness Communication for Couples (MCC) is an 8
week private coaching sessions. This training was created to help couples mindfully tune up their relationship, by optimizing their communication skills.
This program is based on mindfulness foundations, MBSR, yoga and coaching. Each session is about 75-90 minutes.
WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?
Mindfulness is the awareness of the present moment without judgement. It is also the practice of self compassion.
Mindfulness is being utilize in hospitals, companies (e.g. Google, Apple, etc.) and schools due to its scientific based results. Mindfulness can bring improvements in both physical and psychological symptoms as well as positive changes in health, attitudes, and behaviors.
What to Expect during a typical session:
● Different types of meditation
● Partner Yoga
● Lesson discussion
● Mindful dialogues with your partner. Freedom
will guide both and help you implement powerful communication techniques
● Processing of your assignments
Please know, this training is NOT psychotherapy neither couple therapy and does not substitute such.
Freedom will work closely with you to explore your needs, help you master Mindful
Communication and manifest the relationship you mutually want.
AFTER TAKING MCC COACHING PROGRAM YOU WILL:

Have the discipline to communicate in a way that is acceptable to both.

Know how to soothe your strong emotions before engaging in a conversation

Be assertive to speak about your needs, resentments, trust issues and
work together to solve this as a team -
Know how to not misinterpret your partner's intentions

Know how to remain true to yourself while still sharing your life

Be able to work on forgiveness and balance the practice of giving and
receiving -
Be fully present for your partner and learn to create a peaceful and joyful relationship
