Mindfulness in therapy

Mindfulness has been recognized in recent years as the new cutting edge tool to quiet the mind and tap into your inner peace.  Freedom provides her clients alternatives ways of dealing with life transitions, anxiety, depression and relationships conflicts through mindfulness. 

Breathing exercises, self-compassion, mindful communication techniques become an important component  during sessions to help the client de-clutter her mind.

  • A throughout assessment that will deeply explore your background, problems and strengths.

  • A personalized treatment plan that will target your problems and create solutions

  • Mindfulness, yoga, narrative, bibliotherapy, play, gestalt and feminist modalities among others.  Also a variety of traditional techniques (cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral).  I continuously brings new techniques to my practice.

  • ​Online sessions for your convenience (depending on your case).  Online video conference includes virtual waiting room through Doxy.me

  • 45 or 60 minute sessions.

Sessions range from $120 to $160 depending on duration.
