Freedom as a psychotherapist...
Hi! My name is Freedom (really!). One of my joys in life is to help millennial and generation z women transform their lives with every challenge they encounter.
I help them become emotionally fit. One of my power tools is the practice of self-compassion.
As a person who has experienced a lot of adversities in life, I am no stranger to suffering.
My specialty is in helping women overcome traumatic experiences, and anxiety due to: abandonment issues, relationship issues, perfectionism, horrible break ups, poor time management, life transitions and childhood traumas.
I was able to overturn these same issues and radically change my life. These same problems ignited my desire to help people suffer less and love themselves more. Hence, I chose to take the role of psychotherapist to do just that.
I grant my clients permission to trust in their own abilities to make bold shifts in their behaviors. According to those I’ve worked with, I bring light to their problems with compassion, wit, and a lifetime of tools.
At a family mental health clinic I was recognized by a supervisor, staff and clients as the most approachable and in-demand therapist.

The modalities I use in my practiced are western psychology (such as cognitive behavioral therapy) combined with eastern healing techniques such as mindfulness.
My certification in Mindfulness Sensitive Trauma Training helps me provide my clients a gentle yet powerful tool to overcome their PTSD symptoms.

I also possess the affinity to support clients with diverse spiritual backgrounds. I utilize their own spiritual and/or religious belief in order for them to hold onto their faith during challenging times.

I look forward to humbly offer the space, compassion, and techniques to help you obtain a healthy mind, and manage effectively the rough times.

It's time to do you!
My clients are always fascinated by the immediate results and usually say:
"I never knew this, this is great!"
"My other therapist didn't teach me this"
"Wow! Thank you for teaching me how to love myself"
Most clients reach amazing transformations in less than 6 months (individual cases vary).
